At Kattar Chai Patti, we carefully pack every order of Kattar Chai Patti and our tea collection so it reaches you fresh and safely.

1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details where available.

2. Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver across India.

Estimated delivery time is generally 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the courier service.

Delivery to remote or hard-to-reach locations may take additional time.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions or free shipping above a specified order value.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a tracking link or tracking number through the contact details provided during checkout.

If your tracking information has not updated for a few days, please allow some additional time as courier tracking systems may take time to update.

5. Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, and other delivery details are correct before placing your order.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal to accept delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

6. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

We recommend taking clear photographs/videos of the package and its contents before opening or immediately after opening it. This helps us investigate the issue with the courier and assist you appropriately.

If you believe your order is missing or has been incorrectly delivered, please contact us with your order number.

7. Delayed Deliveries

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is subject to the courier's service timelines.

While we will do our best to assist with delayed shipments, Kattar Chai Patti cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date unless a specific delivery service has been expressly offered at checkout.
